Rich Fox announced we have Guest Invite Cards offering free breakfast to guests
Sam Feitelburg – Good News – The Veteran’s Memorial is on target – plans are to start construction as soon weather permits – the brick sale has been extended to the end of February
Roz Graham – This Friday the 13th - The Shelburne Historical Society – Is having a presentation on underwater research done by a group of undergraduates on sunken steamships – the archeologist from the Maritime Museum will be a presenter – The presentation will take place in Room 1 of Shelburne Town Center

Committee Meetings:
President Fox presented two tasks to the members in attendance:
  1. To develop a membership campaign to happen this Spring
  2. To find another project for this Spring
Followed by a short session on the PR to make plans a success
 
Ideas #1
  1. Invite guests to meetings when we have special guest speakers
  2. Invite Guests – some sort of accountability – keep track
  3. Invite guests to participate in projects
  4. Have a wine tasting membership drive at Shelburne Vineyards
  5. Have an event at the New Shelburne Museum building
  6. Have a sugar on snow event (Palmer’s Sugar House)
