Club Meeting and Golf ball sort post drop.

 

Carrie called the meeting to order at 7:30.

 

Volunteers are needed this weekend for the Farmer’s Market put up and take down.  The CVU Robotics Club is occupying the Rotary tent.  October 15 is the last farmers market for the year.

 

Carrie announced the Dutch Mill will no longer be providing our breakfast at the end of the month.  

 

Ric gave the club an update on the Non Car raffle.  There are ten balls left to “sell.”  Ric shared the club members who will work the following committees/crews: set up crew (various-arrive at 3:00), table decorations (Linda Gilbert), clean up crew (Carrie Fenn), parking (Jon Lowell) stage management (Nancy Danforth-needs a helper) and bussing crew.  Cucina Antica is catering the dinner and Costco carrot cake and member provided baked items for dessert.  

 

Dave Micklas’ name was pulled for the first of two raffled balls.  The.  winner receives one of the balls for the calcutta. 

 

Diana made the motion to fund turkeys for the Hinesburg Food Shelf for Thanksgiving.  Linda Barker seconded the motion.  The motion was carried.  

 

Denis collected the happy fines.

 

The meeting was adjourned for the club to separate the golf balls at 8:20 am.
