Once a month, our club tries to hold time after breakfast to discuss service projects, fundraising and other important matters.  This week is one of those times.  Amanda Vincent, our President updated us with regard to sponsorships for Pie for Breakfast, our big fundraiser for this year.  As of today, we have three big sponsorships hence we are 20% on our way to our goal of $10,000.  Hope everyone is thinking how they can be helpful in getting us to our goal!  We are also looking for up and coming leaders in our club and breakfast assistance continues to be a bit of a challenge so if anyone would like to volunteer to be the Breakfast Coordinator, the club would be most appreciated.  There is a sign up form on line.  Based on feedback, the idea is to have shared food available as well as bring your own breakfast.  You could bring bagels, donut holes, quiche, homemade bread or just about anything qualifies.  The Burlington club does something similar, where a volunteer provides a few treats.  If the breakfast coordinator for that week wants to involve others, that works as well!  This is meant to stay simple, as it has been; not a full breakfast.  Instead of $10 at the door, we will be collecting just a $1 at the door towards the 50/50 raffle.
